Many Yesterdays Ago

So I am back. Been busy with the heat/humidity along with working and taking some care of Jenn due to her Diabetes/heat/humidity related illness. Luckily she was able to get into work today and hopefully she'll be okay!
I work a half day. After work I have to stop at the mall to pick out some Birthday presents as tomorrow is her birthday! I then have to run to my bank to get out about $550 or so to put in with the money Jenn gave me into our joint bank account to pay our rent today or tomorrow. It'll be in before the 5 day rule where they charge you extra.
We should be going bowling tonight and then I am taking her out for an entire day on Saturday for her birthday. Tomorrow we head back to Philly to see some movies in the movie chain where I worked when we lived there and to eat dinner somewhere special. I have a couple of ideas but I won't specify at this point in case she reads this heh We will also walk down to South Street because a store called The Mood (you can guess what kind of store it is just by its name!) where they have awesome massage oil that actually seemed to ease muscle soreness/pain but the bottle I had bought when we lived in the city spilled I think...or did it simply just disappear. I forget exactly but whatever happened it has currently left us with none.
Should be a fun, fun day! Happy Birthday Baby!
The first Philadelphia Eagles pre-season game is on Sunday. But luckily it is on late enough so we can catch it after band practice! I get to watch my first Eagles game on my 37" television with surround sound on. It'll be yummy! We have tickets to the game with the Steelers on Friday August 25th which is awesome! I haven't been to an Eagles game...let alone one at the newer Lincoln Financial Field.
The Phillies are tearing it up recently which is awesome! Chase Utley has a 35 game hit streak going on and I wish him luck with extending it. They swept the St Louis Cardinals in three games and while the game two nights ago was close for an inning they had decimated them score-wise which is great for them! Making a move in the Wild Card race.
We are missing Ozzfest today! I would get out of work in time to go but I knew that Jenn wouldn't and while Chad COULD have, I was pretty sure that he wouldn't either because he hasn't been able to take advantage of the option of working 12 hours on Wednesday to do only a half day on Friday. So alas, we shall miss it again this year. Maybe next year!
Well that's about it for now. I will probably be back before too long...but you know how that goes sometimes!
