Pre-Easter!

We'll see how long this will be:

For one..work isn't quite as bad. Although I did wake up at about the time that I was supposed to be IN my store on Friday. Jenn apologized but neither of us woke me up haha My manager called just after I went through the apartment door and I told her that I wasn't in my store yet but I was on my way. Maybe I was quite a way from work..but I technically was on my way. I talked with her on the phone a couple of times but she didn't say anything about it. She may on Monday...we'll see. I locked my keys in the car because I was so conserned with getting beaconed in at work (our equivalent of "clocking in"). I called my mom. She was sure that she had an extra copy of my key but she couldn't find me. My cell phone was down to its last bar of power so that added more excitement. But my mom called and said that she and Rob had found a slim jim which is what the police would use to get into car that someone had locked themselves out of and that they'd take the bus and walk to the store.

So luckily they got my keys out so I didn't have to continue to worry about that as I had to be home before a specific time for a concert with Jenn and I was worried that I'd be late. My mom used my car to drive Rob back to work and then she came to pick me up after my shift ended. She took me over to Circuit City in my car to pick up the new mp3 player I had bought online (special web only sale saved me $20 on it!) and set it to 'pick up in store'. I will eventually post a picture and some specifics about this awesome mp3 player! And then we stopped over at the apartments where Joe, Chad, Jenn and I plan to get a townhouse soon. I gave them my updated info and Jenn's since we now wanted to add her to the lease. We are hoping to hear from them by Monday or Tuesday at the latest so we can figure out how we can pay the security deposit, whatever it turns out to be. If we can manage to pay for it, we can start moving in next weekend! Pray for us as far as that goes.

We were going to go to my Grand Parents' in Jim Thorpe, PA tomorrow for a family Easter but I would have to leave there so early to get back to Lansdale and then take the train back to Philly so as to get to sleep early enough to wake up early for work on Monday. So we are just going to my mom's to watch movies and eat an Easter dinner with Mom and Rob. Should be very nice. My mom is dying eggs this evening and shortly, when Jenn gets home, we will be making Easter Sugar Cookies to take. We went out and bought them easter baskets. I will post pictures of them. We got my mom a a yellow Peeps chick basket and we got one for Rob that is a police car. It was too perfect! If you know the stories...which you would if you'd read this long enough =0) So tomorrow should be very, very nice. Not to mention the weather! *basks in the cool warmth*

Well that's about it for now. I hope that whatever you do tomorrow..you have a great Easter..even if you do not celebrate it. I really do not...but it's another great holiday to get together and do something different =0)
