I am listening to Tears For Fears.

So Jenn is on her way to the airport and then on to California. I have two weeks alone in the apartment with the puppy. I'll be back in bed very shortly as we didn't sleep until 3am and she had to catch her cab at 6am. I woke up to see her off from the apartment. If money were less of a consern I would have gone in the cab with her and then taken the train back after I saw her to the security gate. But in all honesty it would have been only another 20 minutes together and while I have a decent amount in my account I will definitely be needing every penny while I'm here alone.

We were going to make yesterday a day for the two of us but then I ended up having to work noon until 8pm. We had planned to watch a movie at my theater but I had the brilliant idea of eating Chinese at the restaurant next to my theater before the movie. It wouldn't start until 9:20pm so I would have an hour and a half nearly. I sent Jenn a message about getting to the theater at 8pm instead of 9pm and getting Chinese. She liked the idea so that's just what we did. The food was good and The New World was excellent! The 2.5 hours of the movie seemed to fly right by as I was captivated by it! We stopped by WaWa on the way home for her to get cash for the taxi and I needed to get some coffee to stay awake longer to do some online research that I needed to do.

I've found a wah pedal that I need for one of our songs so that I can do away with my multi-effects processor which causes some problems with volumes while playing live. Got a great deal on it and it should be here hopefully before I leave for work tomorrow at 3pm. I will post pictures =0) I also researched tuning machines for my Washburn. I love the body of the guitar but it actually goes out of tune DURING a song which isn't good. I will see if the new machines alone will help. If not, I will try some other things. If it does, I will eventually upgrade the pickups in it as well. I would like to customize the guitar as completely as I can to really make it my own...and of course sound damned good!

Well at dinner we discussed getting back together. I said that we can use the two weeks to think it over. Not that two weeks is some kind of goal or limit for thinking. We just have to discuss that one thing and see if it won't be so much of a problem as to cause troubles again in the future. But she really does want to get back together.

We discussed it and she may be the third roomate along with Chad and I. She needs a place to live after her Grandmother stops helping us to live here. Chad and I could also use another person to help out with everything. And with Jenn I won't be facing a long period of not being able to get online. We'll look for a 3 bedroom place so we can all have our own room. Now I know that people would advise against us not living in the same building if we do not get back together. But the monetary benefits will be excellent and seriously...can we not act like adults? And we still planned on spending plenty of time together as best friends even if we weren't going to get back together. But this definitely helps to alleviate some fears about being able to afford a place. It should also help us get a place sooner than just Chad and I would be able to because right now Chad isn't in the right place to pay monthly rent like he'd have to at that point but this should get us a place before the two to three months which he thought it would take for him to prepare for it.

So the Steelers are going to the Super Bowl which I think is pretty awesome. They are a Pennsylvania team. Pittsburgh is also where my family is from. Half of my family is still there and the half that's from here came from there. The Eagles are "MY team" but when they aren't involved, my attention turns to the Steelers. Our state could really use a championship and honestly, we have a good shot here. Hopefully next year my team will get its head together and be able to contend as well. But atleast Jenn gets to watch the game in California with her dad which is a cool thing! I'll probably end up working atleast the first half of the game, if not more, most likely anyway.

Well that's about it for now. I am ready to pass back out. It's a day off and I am planning on doing a lot of nothing today except for relax and get a few things done online.
